Welcome to AD Boat Rental, owned and operated by JK Mooring & Yachting Services SL. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of AD Boat Rentals website, located at https://adboatrental.com. By using this website and renting boats through AD Boat Rentals, you affirm that you are over 18 years of age and able to enter into and form binding contracts under applicable law.

  1. Boating Licence Requirements

    • Compass: No boating licence is required.
    • Saxdor: A valid boating licence is required. Most licences that allow you to pilot the Saxdor 200 sport in your home country will be accepted in Spain.

  2. Minimum Age

    At least one person on board must be 18 years of age and responsible for all minors on board.

  3. Security Deposit

    A €300.00 security deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded after inspection if there are no damages or issues with the boat.

  4. Fuel Policy

    • Compass: Fuel is included in the rental price.
    • Saxdor: Fuel is not included in the rental price. You will pay for the fuel you use, which typically costs around €40.00 for a 4-hour rental.

  5. Additional Fees

    No additional fees will be charged besides the rental fee. All harbour fees and taxes are included in the final price.

  6. Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your rental time for a full refund. No reimbursement is possible for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental time.

  7. Bad Weather Policy

    If the harbour authorities advise against going out on the boat due to bad weather or ocean conditions, we offer a full reimbursement or a change of date.

  8. Late Return Policy

    If you wish to extend your rental period, please inform us in advance. Extensions are subject to availability.

  9. Insurance

    Both the boats and passengers are insured.

  10. Assistance

    • We provide assistance on the ocean if needed.
    • We assist you in getting in and out of the harbour.

  11. Usage Boundaries

    Specific boundaries for how far you can take the boat will be provided upon rental. Please adhere to these limits for your safety and to avoid additional charges.

  12. Responsibilities and Liability

    • The renter is responsible for any damage to the boat or equipment caused by negligence or misuse.
    • The renter must follow all safety guidelines and local regulations while operating the boat.
